A: Our products are not dermatologically tested. However, our testimonials have shown that they can treat those suffering from various skin irritations such as eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, rosacea and acne breakouts. They have also been highly effective in helping those with dry, itchy, oily and sensitive skin.

A: The products we carry are clean and natural. They are free from SLS (sulfates), parabens, triclosan, propylene glycol, detergents, petrochemicals, artificial colourings and other harmful chemicals.

A: We carry a wide range of personal care products for both adults and children – soap bars, body washes, lotions, creams, shampoos, conditioners, bamboo wipes, antibacterial hand wash & surface spray, bath salts, paw paw ointment, gift packs, deodorants and lip balms.

A: Our adult range is safe and suitable for children. However, we highly recommend using them on children preferably from 5 years old and above as younger children have more sensitive and delicate skin. For children below 5 years old, the best choice would be the kids organic range.

A: Our kids organic range products – soap, wash, lotion and bamboo wipes only are safe and suitable for newborns 0+ months and above.

A: Glycerin is palm derived while collagen is animal derived (either from fish scales or fish skin).

A: The expiry date for our products is typically 2 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

A: We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges after an order is placed. If you receive a defective item in your order, please email us at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect. Do note that we do not accept cancellations as well after an order is placed.

A: We accept payments via PayPal or any Credit/Debit Card.

A: In order for free shipping to be applied to your order, you will first need to register a new account by filling in your contact details (email, password, address, credit card details, etc.). Following that, you can then select the products you want and add them to your cart. The free shipping discount will then be shown automatically at checkout before you make payment.

A: A confirmation email will be sent to you once an order is placed. Following that, we will also send you 3 more emails – one stating that your order is being prepared and another stating that your order has been shipped out. Once your order has reached your destination, an “Order Complete” confirmation email will be sent to you.

A: We ship our orders using SingPost Local Postage, Speedpost, SingPost Smartpac & Uparcel Courier Service.

A: Delivery should take an average of 1-3 working days for it to reach your doorstep/letterbox. However due to the current Covid-19 situation, you might expect some delay in receiving your order.
